  • The resume/ insertion or information/data fed by the user can be updated by the user alone, free of cost. ZINTOK-JOB PLACEMENT CONSULTANCY shall not be responsible for any changes made in the resume/information uploaded by the user.
  • ZINTOK-JOB PLACEMENT CONSULTANCY ( ZINTOK-JOB ) offers neither guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the resume / insertion or information/data is fed by the user.
  • ZINTOK-JOB neither guarantees nor offers any warranty about the credentials bonafides, status or otherwise of the prospective employer/organization which downloads the resume/ insertion or information/data and uses it to contact the user.
  • ZINTOK-JOB would not be held liable for loss of any data technical or otherwise, or of the resume/ insertion or information/data or particulars supplied by user due to acts of god as well as reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any cause(s) or conditions that are beyond ZINTOK-JOB's reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, distributed denial of service attacks, virus attacks, war and natural calamities.
  • It shall be sole prerogative and responsibility of the user to check the authenticity of all or any response received pursuant to the resume/ insertion or information/data being fed into the network system of ZINTOK-JOB by the user, for going out of station or in station for any job or interview. ZINTOK-JOB assumes no responsibility in respect thereof and expressly disclaims any liability for any act, deed or thing which the user may so do, pursuant to the receipt of the response, if any, to the resume/ insertion or information/ date being fed into the network system of ZINTOK-JOB.
  • ZINTOK-JOB reserves its right to reject and delete any resume/ insertion or information/data fed in by the user without assigning any reason.
  • This free service entitles the user alone i.e the same person, to add modify or change the data/information fed in by him but does not entitle him to use the free service to feed fresh insertion or information/data /resume of another person in place of the insertion or information/data already fed in by such user.
  • ZINTOK-JOB has the right to make all such modifications/editing of resume in order to fit resume in its database.
  • The username/password created by the subscriber will enable the subscriber to access all the information received through Zintok-Job.in, but the sole responsibility of the safe custody of the password shall be that of the subscriber and ZINTOK-JOB shall not be responsible for data loss/theft of data/corruption of data or the wrong usage/misuse of the password and any damage or leak of information and its consequential usage by a third party. ZINTOK-JOB undertakes to take all reasonable precautions at its end to ensure that there is no leakage/misuse of the password.
  • All changes / modifications made by the user to the data / information shall be effected and will come into operation only after 24-48 hours of such changes / modifications being made. The user agreement between a user/subscriber and ZINTOK-JOB will be treated as having been terminated in the following events:
  • On completion of the term for which the user/subscriber engages the services of the website; or In case the user/subscriber violates any of the conditions of this agreement or any other agreement entered into by him with ZINTOK-JOB, however, such termination will be at the option and discretion of ZINTOK-JOB; or In writing and on such terms as agreed to by the parties mutually.
  • All data uploaded on Zintok-Job.in becomes the exclusive property of ZINTOK-JOB and the user consents to the material being included in the searchable database of Zintok-Job.in or any other ancillary website maintained by ZINTOK-JOB and offering similar services.
  • The User of these services does not claim any copyright or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website.
  • User registering on Zintok-Job.in will receive Job alerts and products updates, SMS contacts by recruiters, Other promotional and special offers, Automated voice alerts, Mails from partner sites of www.zintokjobs.com
  • Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.

Banner/Panel Display

  • ZINTOK-JOB PLACEMENT CONSULTANCY( ZINTOK-JOB ) agrees to provide the service to the subscriber only for the duration or the number of impressions contracted for, to the best of its ability.
  • ZINTOK-JOB will display the banners on all the relevant/specified sections of the site on a rotation basis.
  • ZINTOK-JOB reserves its right to reject any insertion or information/data provided by the subscriber without assigning any reason, but in such an eventuality, any amount so paid for, shall be refunded to the subscriber on a pro-rata basis.
  • ZINTOK-JOB offers neither guarantee nor warranties that there would be a satisfactory response or any response at all once the banners are put on display.
  • ZINTOK-JOB would not be held liable for any loss of data technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by the customers due to the reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond ZINTOK-JOB's reasonable control including but not limited to strike, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.
  • ZINTOK-JOB will commence providing services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from the subscriber or from a third party on behalf of the subscriber.
  • This subscription is neither re-saleable nor transferable by the subscriber to any other person, corporate body, and firm or individual.
  • The User of these services does not claim any copyright, Trade Mark or other Intellectual Property Right over the data uploaded by him/her on the website. The Banners displayed on Zintok-Job.in shall be prepared as per the instructions received from the users, ZINTOK-JOB shall not be responsible for the user's misappropriation of the Trade Mark/ Copyright or any other Intellectual Property Right sought to be passed off as that of the user.
  • All disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and ZINTOK-JOB will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.

Shortlisting

  • ZINTOK-JOB PLACEMENT CONSULTANCY" ZINTOK-JOB " agrees to provide the service to the subscriber only for the duration and the number of vacancies contracted for, to the best of its ability and ZINTOK-JOB shall in no way be held liable for any information received by the subscriber and it shall be the sole responsibility of the subscriber to check, authenticate and verify the information/response received at its own cost and expense.
  • ZINTOK-JOB will make best efforts to use the parameters provided by the subscriber to short list, but takes no responsibility for the accuracy of the short listing based on the parameters for selection as specified by the subscriber.
  • ZINTOK-JOB would not be held liable for any loss of data technical or otherwise, information, particulars supplied by the customers due to the reasons beyond its control like corruption of data or delay or failure to perform as a result of any causes or conditions that are beyond ZINTOK-JOB reasonable control including but not limited to strike, riots, civil unrest, Govt. policies, tampering of data by unauthorized persons like hackers, war and natural calamities.
  • ZINTOK-JOB will commence providing services only upon receipt of amount/charges upfront either from the subscriber or from a third party on behalf of the subscriber.

  • It is the responsibility of Job Seekers to verify the correctness and authenticity of the claims made by recruiters. We merely act as facilitators and do not as agents for any recruiter.
  • Payments to recruiters are not advised and shall be at your own risk.
  • All disputes arising out of the transactions between a user and ZINTOK-JOB will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India as applicable.

User Agreement

Visitors to Zintok-Job.in are granted a nonexclusive, limited license to use and access the content and services offered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "License").

This website, www.Zintok-Job.in (hereinafter referred to as "Zintok-Job") is owned, hosted and operated by ZINTOK-JOB PLACEMENT CONSULTANCY (hereinafter referred to as "ZINTOK-JOB"), a company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956.  Zintok-Job is an intermediary as defined under section 2 (w) if the Information Technology Act, 2000. 

Ownership of the database of Zintok-Job is vested exclusively with ZINTOK-JOB. Rights of access and usage are subject to the compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

Amendments

ZINTOK-JOBmay amend/modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on Zintok-Job. You may review the modified Terms and Conditions periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of Zintok-Job, shall be deemed conclusive proof of your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as amended/modified from time to time. ZINTOK-JOB may also suspend the operation Zintok-Job for support or technical upgradation, maintenance work, in order to update the content or for any other reason. 
In a case of use of Zintok-Job in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, ZINTOK-JOB may terminate your access, block your future access and/or seek such additional relief as the circumstances of your misuse may be deemed to be fit and proper. 

Definitions
The term "misuse" shall mean and include all acts which are aimed at utilizing the database of Zintok-Job for any purposes other than for searching and advertising for genuine job vacancies. It shall also extend to the use of the database for commercial purposes without the express permission of ZINTOK-JOB. 
The term "offensive material" shall mean and include obscene material as defined in Section 67 of the Information Technology Act of India, 2000. It shall include content which is aimed at demeaning a particular class of individuals, corporate body, country etc. It shall also include content having the effect of violating the Intellectual Property Rights of others.
The terms "service" or "services" would mean and include the interactive online information service offered by Zintok-Job on the internet through which the user may access information carried by SCJOB in the database maintained by it.
The terms would include the search tools through which the user can search through the hosted databases and information using a number of search tools that are present with a selection matching their search criteria. Users then select one or more of the items presented to view the full document/ record.
The term service does not extend to Zintok-Job acting as an agent/consultant either express or implied on behalf of any user/customer. 
The term "Spamming" shall mean and include any unsolicited bulk e-mails/messages or unsolicited commercial e-mails/messages. 
The term "subscriber" would include any person, whether an individual or a legal entity who has subscribed to the services of Zintok-Job, and to whom the access is restricted by the use of a sign in user name and a password. The user name and password are either allotted by Zintok-Job or chosen by the user or agreed upon by Zintok-Job.

The term "unauthorised user" is defined as any person who does not have a legal or a contractual right to access the services of Zintok-Job, but does so. 

The terms "User" and "customer" would include both the authorised and unauthorised user(s).


Payment Terms
Payments for the services offered by Zintok-Job shall be on a 100% advance basis. The payment for service once subscribed to by the subscriber is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated. Refund if any will be at the sole discretion of ZINTOK-JOB PLACEMENT CONSULTANCY. ZINTOK-JOB offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts.  ZINTOK-JOB PLACEMENT CONSULTANCY gives no guarantees of server uptime or applications working properly. All is on a best effort basis and liability is limited to refund of amount only. ZINTOK-JOB PLACEMENT CONSULTANCY undertakes no liability for free services. ZINTOK-JOB PLACEMENT CONSULTANCY reserves its right to amend / alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice.  All terms / disclaimers whether specifically mentioned or not shall be deemed to be included if any reference is made to them.  
Refund in failed transactions through ZINTOK-JOB payment reconciliation team works on a 24 x 7 basis, ZINTOK-JOB offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. This is on account of the multiplicity of organizations involved in processing of online transactions, the problems with Internet infrastructure currently available and working days/holidays of financial institutions. 
Refunds in the event of wrong/objectionable content being posted on the site would be at the discretion of ZINTOK-JOB.
Credit Card Information

ZINTOK-JOB PLACEMENT CONSULTANCY uses the maximum care as is possible to ensure that all or any data / information in respect of electronic transfer of money does not fall in the wrong hands. For completing online transactions involving payments a user is directed to a Payment Gateway, ZINTOK-JOB PLACEMENT CONSULTANCY does not store or keep credit card data. Since the transaction happens on a third party network not controlled by ZINTOK-JOB PLACEMENT CONSULTANCY, once a credit card transaction has been completed, the payment information is not accessible to anyone at ZINTOK-JOB PLACEMENT CONSULTANCY after completion of the on-line transaction at the Payment Gateway, this ensures the maximum security.

ZINTOK-JOB PLACEMENT CONSULTANCY shall not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any information concerning the user's account and / or information relating to or regarding online transactions using credit cards / debit cards and / or their verification process and particulars nor for any error, omission or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed and used whether or not in pursuance of a legal process or otherwise. 

Activation

Due to a high incidence of credit card fraud, your Zintok-Job services purchased online using a credit card may not be activated without a proper verification. 
Restriction / Prohibitions
You hereby expressly agree not to :

  • Use of the services of Zintok-Job in a manner contrary to any law which might be applicable at the relevant time.
  • Access data not intended for you or log into server or account that you are not authorized to access;
Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network;
  • Attempt or breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
  • Attempt to interfere with, access by any other user including but not limited to by submitting a virus of any kind or Trojan horse to Zintok-Job, overloading, Flooding, mail bombing or crashing;
  • Copy, distribute, download, display, perform, reproduce, modify, edit, alter, enhance, broadcast or tamper with in any way or otherwise use any material contained in Zintok-Job except as permitted;
  • Copy and distribute this information on any other server, or modify or re-use information, text, graphics, sound, etc. on this Website to any other system. No reproduction of any part of the Website may be sold or distributed for commercial gain nor shall it be modified or incorporated in any other work, publication or Website, whether in hard copy or electronic format, including postings to any other Website; or

 

  • Remove any copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property notices contained in the original material from any material copied or printed off from Zintok-Job or link to Zintok-Job, without our express written consent.
  • Providing deep links into Zintok-Job without prior permission of ZINTOK-JOB is prohibited. Extracting data from Zintok-Job using any automated process such as spiders, crawlers etc. or through any manual process for a purpose which has not been authorised in writing.
  • Access the Platform for purposes of extracting content to be used for training a machine learning or AI model, without the express prior written permission.
  • Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail.
  • Posting/uploading of offensive material on Zintok-Job is strictly prohibited.
  • Subscribers shall under no circumstance sublicense, assign, or transfer the License, and any attempt at such sublicense, assignment or transfer is void.
  • Post Wrong/false/misleading information on Zintok-Job .
  • Users shall not upload, post , transmit, update or share, any information that:
    1. - belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right to;
    2. - is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
    3. - harm minors in any way;
    4. - infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
    5. - violates any law for the time being in force;
    6. - deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
    7. - impersonate another person;
    8. - contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
    9. - threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.

Spamming is prohibited

ZINTOK-JOB reserves the right to filter and monitor and block the emails sent by you/user using the servers owned/maintained by ZINTOK-JOB to relay emails. All attempts shall be made by ZINTOK-JOB and the user to abide by International Best Practices in containing and eliminating Spam. 
Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
Links to third party websites
Zintok-Job may provide links to other third-party World Wide Web sites or resources. ZINTOK-JOB makes no representations whatsoever about any other Web site you may access through this Website (Zintok-Job).
Disclaimer and warranties
The content of Zintok-Job is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis, without warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied. 

ZINTOK-JOB and any third party providing materials, services or content to this website, disclaims all warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of third party rights, completeness or accuracy of the information, update or correctness of the information, freedom from computer viruses, other violation of rights regarding services, products, material and contents of Zintok-Job.

ZINTOK-JOB shall not be responsible for any problem or technical malfunction on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problem or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to any customer and/or Members or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials/information from the website.

Unless otherwise specified and notwithstanding anything contained in any other agreement or arrangement, by whatever name called, the performance obligation of ZINTOK-JOB (service provider) is to provide access of its on-line portal to the customer for the duration of the subscription period & reference to any usage, by whatever name called or any other performance obligation, if any, is to provide the upper limit for consumption, which by itself, does not create any additional performance obligation upon ZINTOK-JOB.

Termination

ZINTOK-JOBmay, without notice in its sole discretion, and at any time, terminate or restrict your use or access to Zintok-Job (or any part thereof) for any reason, including, without limitation, that ZINTOK-JOB based on its judgment and perception believes you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms and Conditions ( License).

Indemnification

Submissions and unauthorized use of any information(s)/materials contained on Zintok-Job may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, certain communications statutes and regulations thereto and other applicable laws, statutes and its rules and regulations. You alone are responsible for your actions or the actions of any person using your user name and/or password. 
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, ZINTOK-JOB and/ or its associates, subsidiaries, their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensees, business partners and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of Zintok-Job material or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

NOTICE

  • THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE WEBSITES MAINTAINED, OPERATED OR OWNED BY ZINTOK-JOB (INCLUDING Zintok-Job.IN ) DO NOT EXTEND TO ACTING AS AN AGENT (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED) OR AS LABOUR CONSULTANTS ON BEHALF OF ANY SUBSCRIBER OR USER.
  • WE HAVE NO AGENTS AND DO NOT OPERATE THROUGH ANY AGENTS SAVE FOR THOSE SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED ON THE HOME PAGE OF THIS WEBSITE.


Privacy Policy

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
